I went in there for a tour and the leasing agent Michael was super nice, and super helpful. He explained the credit process and everything, and he help me vision my children there as well. I look forward to becoming a tenant there. Plus everything is so close by.
Carriage Hill is a phenomenal place to live. The office staff is always pleasant, patient, and willing to help to ensure the residents are happy. The maintenance staff works diligent so that work request are done in a timely manner. There is a large swimming pool that sits in the middle of the community which is the high-light of the summer months. Carriage Hill also loves our pets and have designated a place for them to play as well. Carriage Hill is strategically placed close to shopping and major expressways. I would recommend these apartments to everyone looking for a pleasant living environment.
Great Place to live all employees are nice and get back to me in a timely fashion. they make me feel important and feel for the issues I have had. plus the area is pretty quiet I have no complaints.
I lived at Carriage Hill Apartments in Dearborn heights for a year and I loved it. Office staff are very welcoming and helpful. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Maintenance people were quick. Price is reasonable and worth every penny. The location is great! Close to Kroger, pharmacy and also to commute to work. Highly recommend it.
